The Level 3 Framework – Operations and Quality Improvement is ideal for supervisors who can take ownership of projects within their teams, plus offering the opportunity for those wishing to progress from the level 2 programme outlined above.

What to expect

• We provide a blended approach of workshops and facilitated analysisworking on live projects in their areas of work.
• All sessions can be timed conveniently around changing shift patterns
• During their training employees work towards National Vocational Qualifications at Level 3.
• We include individual assessment and development of Maths, English and ICT skills where required.

The support we provide

The delivery of the NVQ and Technical Certificate elements are via a series of Workshops, involving PowerPoint sessions to impart knowledge required to identify a suitable project, complete analysis of processes and propose improvements. The learners will also visit their workplaces to identify potential “Live” projects, then discuss as a group how best to progress with potential improvements.

There will be occasions where the BIT assessor will request to observe learners at their place of work to evidence their competence and to meet the requirements of the standards within the qualification.
