We love working with the staff in the Cancer Services department of the Royal Gwent Hospital, Newport.
And we were delighted when two of the learners that we have been supporting with their Business Administration level 3 qualification wanted us to support them with their progression onto Management qualifications for their future career aspirations.
Our assessor Julie Lovell said, “I have really enjoyed working with both Layla and Joel, they have worked really hard to complete their Business Administration qualifications and I can’t wait to help them with their Management routes. They have been really committed and the work they have submitted has been of an excellent standard. They have been an absolute joy to work with and I love going to meet and work with them (even though the hill up to their offices is a challenge in itself!)”

Joel said, ”I only have positive feedback on how quick and efficient Julie was in helping me understand what’s needed of me and getting it done within a good timescale. I completed the course months before the target date and only have her to thank for that, for always being an email away and seeing me once a week on a day and time to suit my working day.
I would like to thank everyone involved in helping me achieve my qualification and I’m looking forward to the management route ahead”.
We also presented Layla Loosley with her Apprenticeship Framework certificates as listed above. Layla has also enrolled onto a BA Honours Degree in Business Management, so a very challenging but rewarding period lies ahead.
Layla said, ”I have thoroughly enjoyed my time with More Training and especially Julie!
Having enrolled in the Business Administration at level 3, I made an action plan with Julie that I would be going straight into Leadership & Management at level 3 after completion, as this would run concurrent with me starting my BA honors Business degree in October.
Julie was fantastic with forward planning, mapping out units to make it more manageable for me to be able to do both at the same time, she’s clear and concise on what is expected of you and your work and is ALWAYS on the end of the phone or email to assist with any issues!
She is an absolute credit to More Training and I’m very much looking forward to beginning my next NVQ”.
We at More Training are thrilled, not only with the achievements they have achieved, but also that they have chosen to continue to work with Julie to help support them with their Management qualifications. In addition, we are also supporting another member of their team with their management qualification.
