In recognition of his application, commitment and enthusiasm demonstrated throughout his apprenticeship framework for Team Leading at Level 2. Fred received a certificate and a voucher that he has already “ear-marked” some equipment for his mountain bike, a real trail blazer indeed!!!

When asked about his experiences with the training we provided, Fred said - “The main aim of obtaining the qualification was to enable me to progress in work and to carry forward in my future career aims. I really enjoyed all aspects of the training, but particularly refreshing my skills in Maths and English.”
“I have found the sources of information really useful and it has already helped me implement the new skills and techniques learned, be put into practice.”
When asked about the support that More Training had provided - “Julie has supported me really flexibly, working around my work commitments – even supporting me remotely on weekends. I always know where I am with the qualification and what I need to do next. ”
Fred went on to say, “I have to thank Biotage too for being given the time and support to focus on the qualification. I am hopeful that this qualification will be a real help into getting a promotion to Team Leader and I am also keen to progress onto the next level of Management training”.
