More Training are delighted to be working closely with ANR Ltd, who are transitioning through some very exciting times for their business. Expanding their production operation into a second site, whilst maintaining their current production facilities.
ANR Ltd really value their staff who are key to their business aspirations. As a company they are very keen to support them and provide suitable training to encourage their development and enable them to become the very best that they can be.
More Training are currently supporting ANR Ltd with several aspects of training, such as Team Leading and Management, plus they have recently delivered the “Introduction to Trainer Skills” for several of their key staff, (pictured above with their certificates).
Michael Vaughan their Production Manager said “The training was really good, and I enjoyed it. It has helped me not only to be able to recognise the different ways people learn but has also helped me identify how I prefer to learn, which is helping me with my management qualification”.
