In recognition of all the hard work from the staff at Direct Healthcare Group, the company put on a presentation and buffet lunch, to celebrate their successful completion of their Performing Manufacturing Operations qualification.
More Training have been Direct Healthcare Group’s training partner over the last 12 months and have supported them with a range of qualifications including Customer Service for their sales and support team, Team Leading and Management qualifications, Introduction to Training for key personnel to pass on their knowledge and expertise, as well as the aforementioned PMO qualification for their operational staff.
More Training are continuing to support them with additional PMO training, as well as Business Improvement Techniques to encourage continuous improvement and lean operations.
Bernie Morgan the PMO and BIT Assessor at More Training said:
“The staff that have completed the PMO qualification have worked really hard on this qualification, and many of them are now looking to progress with the Introduction to Training and BIT qualifications, with which I know they will do really well. I love working with the staff here, they are so engaged and are really focussed on improving themselves. As well as being a lovely group to work with”.

These qualifications required commitment, endeavour and motivation from each of the staff to achieve them. As a gesture of thanks to their participating staff, Direct Healthcare Group presented each of the participants with a £20 gift voucher in recognition of their success.
